At Baby Beasts, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your item, our 30-day return policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible:
    • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@babybeasts.com, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to get what you need is to:
    1. Return your current item (once approved).
    2. Place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
  • Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria (unused, with tags, and in original packaging) and require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
